Boricua Celebration at City Council Chambers

For Puerto Rican Heritage Month, City Council Speaker Melissa Mark Viverito hosted a Nov. 5 reception at City Council Chambers and honored three prominent figures in the Puerto Rican community, flutist Dave Valentin, actress Rosie Perez and Queens College President Felix Matos Rodriguez.
